1.0 Ordinary maintenance

1.1 Before shift

1.1.1 Check the main parts of the machine tool (check if the hydraulic system, guide rail smooth system, central closed circulation system, and gearbox smooth oil meet the requirements).

1.1.2 Clean the exposed guide rail and add smooth oil according to the rules (pay attention to whether the oil injection amount of the exposed guide rail oil hole has reached the regular amount).

1.1.3 Start the machine tool to idle and check if the various technical parameters of the control system meet the application requirements.

1.1.4 When the hob shaft is in a horizontal position, investigate and check if the oil level meets the requirements.

1.1.5 Check if the sealing ring of the roller spindle and the sealing ring of the roller bracket are leaking (be careful not to damage the surface of the tapered hole when replacing the roller).

1.2 After shift

1.2.1 Clean the chips on the fixture workbench and maintain them carefully to avoid damage.

1.2.2 Clean the chips on the chip filtering equipment and check if the cutting fluid meets the requirements.

1.2.3 Clean the surface of the control system, adhere to cleaning, and do not use items rich in chemical components to clean the accounting keyboard. 1.2.4 Clean the machine tool with a clean cloth, ensuring that the surface of the machine tool is clean and free of oil and dust.

2.0 First level maintenance

2.1 The gear hobbing machine should undergo first level maintenance after 500 hours of operation or three months of operation.

2.2 Scrub the surface of the machine tool, cover and accessories, and clean them inside the watch without rust or yellow robe.

2.3 Hydraulic, Smooth, and Cooling

2.3.1 Check and clean all filters on the machine tool for clogging or damage, and replace them if necessary. 2.3.2 Check the operation of the air conditioning equipment and cutting fluid cooling equipment of the machine tool, and clean the dust from the heat exchanger. 2.3.3 Check if the sealing ring of the hob spindle is leaking.

2.3.4 Check for leaks in the connection part of the hydraulic system.

2.3.5 Check all hoses and their joints for damage and leakage, and repair or replace them if necessary.

2.3.6 Check if the oil quality, quantity, and level meet the requirements and adjust the working pressure.

2.4 Fixture

2.4.1 Check if there is any leakage in the oil cylinder of the press tool of the machine tool in the clamping state

2.4.2 Check the automatic centering fixture of the machine tool accessory to see if there is any leakage in the oil cylinder during clamping.

2.5 Safety Equipment and Electrical Appliances

2.5.1 Check if the safety equipment of the protective door is useful.

2.5.2 Clean the motor and electrical box, and clean it inside the watch.

2.5.3 Clean the dust from the control cabinet and adhere to keyboard cleaning.

2.5.4 Check if the limit device and grounding are safe and reliable.

3.0 Second level maintenance

3.1 The gear hobbing machine should undergo secondary maintenance after operating for 2000 hours or operating for one year.

3.2 Complete the various contents of the first level maintenance (according to the first level maintenance request).

3.3 Accuracy

3.3.1 Check the horizontal accuracy and several degrees of accuracy of the machine tool to reach the machine tool request.

3.3.2 Check the wear gap of the indexing worm gear.

3.4 Hydraulic and Smooth

3.4.1 Check the smooth system of the hydraulic system guide rail, the central closed circulation system, and the smooth oil and oil quality of the gearbox, and replace them if necessary (but the maximum oil change time should not exceed 1000 hours).

3.4.2 Check if various oil pressures are normal, clean the filter element, and replace it if necessary.

3.5 Electrical Appliances

3.5.1 Clean the electrical cabinet, motor, etc.

3.5.2 Clean the keyboard and accessories of the accounting machine.

All electrical systems should be neat, safe, and reliable in appearance and interior
