CNC gear hobbing machine is a gear processing machine located at the top and also installed next to the base. The manual oil pump is installed on the chromatographic column for easy operation. The electric oil pump is driven by a dedicated motor. It can be used to start or stop the printing machine according to its needs. Various machine tools can be used to cut straight cylindrical gears and helical gears on CNC hobbing machines, as well as to machine worm gears and sprockets. A gear processing machine that can process straight, helical, and herringbone cylindrical gears and worm gears with hobs based on an extended method. The equipment has a reasonable structure, compact layout, convenient operation and maintenance, and can be processed once or multiple times according to the modulus and accuracy of the workpiece during the processing. After the cutting is completed, the machine tool can actively park the tool holder slider and move it quickly. The following are four lubrication methods for CNC gear hobbing machines: concentrated lubrication with thin oil, concentrated lubrication with dry oil, dispersed lubrication with thin oil, and dispersed lubrication with dry oil.
1. Centralized lubrication of thin oil: In most cases, centralized lubrication of thin oil is pressure cycling lubrication. Usually, lubrication stations (oil tanks, pumps, valves, etc.) are located near the bottom of the press or in pits, and gear pumps are used for lubrication through control valves. The oil is sent to each lubrication point.
2. Dry oil centralized lubrication: There are two types of dry oil centralized lubrication: motorized oil pump and manual oil pump. The electric oil pump usually supplies oil to the oil pump; Some oil pumps do not have an electric motor, but rely on the main driver to drive the oil pump through an additional set of transmission devices.
3. Thin oil dispersed lubrication: There are two types of thin oil dispersed lubrication: manual lubrication and automatic lubrication. Manual lubrication is usually only used for small parts that do not move frequently, and it is not easy to connect to the parts provided by the centralized lubrication station, nor is it easy to restore. Parts, such as points to cams and rollers. Thin oil dispersed automatic lubrication is usually used for mechanical equipment, including oil pool lubrication and oil mist lubrication. The enclosed gears are lubricated with an oil pan, which is easy to maintain and has a good lubrication effect. The oil mist lubrication of the cylinder is a special structural requirement.
4. Dry oil dispersed lubrication: Dry oil dispersed lubrication is used for parts that are difficult to reach by oil supply, such as certain rotating parts. Usually, a small amount of oil is added regularly or directly using an oil gun. Dry oil dispersed lubrication is more widely used than thin oil dispersed manual lubrication. Open gears, connecting rod threads, and clutch bearings on mechanical presses are usually lubricated with dry oil dispersion.
The machining accuracy of CNC gear hobbing machines determines the accuracy of the workpiece and affects the quality of the equipment. In daily use, it is also necessary to clean and maintain the machine, and use it according to correct operating specifications to ensure the maintenance of the machining accuracy of the machine.
