The conical bottom involute spline machine tool has been studied by our company's technical personnel, and after multiple experiments, it can only be cut by the above six axis CNC hobbing machine. Moreover, the tool price is expensive, and now it can be cut by three axis CNC, and the cutting accuracy is improved compared to the six axis. The new CNC hobbing machine cuts conical bottom involute splines without oblique ripples, solving the problem of machining conical bottom involute splines.
