In terms of products, they also offered high-tech and promising products to the joint venture company for production, leaving simple and low value-added products to Chongqing Machine Tool production.

If you cannot be eliminated, you must become stronger on your own. Since 2000, Chongqing Machine Tool has been developing large-scale CNC machine tools. In early 2006, the State Council issued the "Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020)", which identified 16 major science and technology projects, including CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment.

In 2009, the CNC gear hobbing machine project of Chongqing Machine Tool Group had a good foundation. At this time, the project was approved and received over 8 million yuan of national funding support. Chongqing Machine Tool Group also raised over 20 million yuan to continue its research and development.
